Personal Training
The personal training experience at Shelby Murphy Training & Fitness is far above any training you’ll get elsewhere. Our trainers are certified professionals who not only deliver an effective, results-oriented workout based on your goals, but also do it in a way that makes workouts fun. Each training session (either 55-minutes or 30-minutes), in this private studio, includes cardio, strength, functional, core, and flexibility training. Even though you'll work with one primary trainer, we approach each client as a team, all looking out for his/her best interest.
In doing so, we have created a non-competitive, encouraging environment where clients are free to switch trainers if they desire. Training is paid monthly, based on the number of sessions per week you desire.
Power Diva
An intense 12-week program that provides a complete, week-by-week workout plan, including two personal training sessions per week, along with measurable and achievable benchmarks, to transform even the most athletically challenged into a functionally fit person; ready to take on the challenges of daily life as well as compete in casual athletic endeavors.
Training sessions combine cardio, balance, core strength, plyometrics, and traditional strength training components. By week 12, participants will notice a significant improvement in lean body mass and fat reduction, improve upper body and core strength by an average of 25 percent or more, be able to meet individual cardio endurance goals, and will be crowned "Queen Bad Ass", and will receive her own pink Power "D" t-shirt.
Adventure Boot Camp
Women of all fitness levels, sizes and ages get astounding results with Granbury Adventure Boot Camp! You can too! Are you looking for a positive exercise experience and motivating coach to help you transform into your physical best? Then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast, or just tired of the same routine, you'll love this up-beat approach to whole-body wellness.
Granbury Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training -- packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you build a strong body and a healthy mind. Whether you want to lose unwanted fat, feel fabulous in your clothes, or boost your metabolism and renew you energy, you will find the effects of this program are nothing short of life changing. This program is for you... and now is the time to get started!
Small Group Circuit Training

Experience a small group exercise class led by one of Shelby Murphy Training & Fitness' certified personal trainers.
The circuit class is a small group of no more than seven people (small enough to get individual attention from the instructor).
The circuit is designed to provide cardio, strength, functional, core, and flexibility training. The circuit changes each class so you never know what your workout will be. The only thing you can be sure of is that the workout will be great, you'll have a good time, and you will be tired when you are finished.
Small Group Yoga Practice
People have discovered the health and emotional benefits of yoga practice. For this reason (and after requests from our training clients) we have added small group yoga training to our studio.
We are offering Iyengar style yoga, which is a very user friendly style of yoga. It uses props like blocks, straps and blankets to help student perform poses correctly for maximal benefit.
We are proud to have Linda Porter as the instructor of our yoga practice. She has years of experience in yoga, as well as strength training (she knows the human body).
Linda recently moved to Granbury from Dallas, where she taught yoga in some of Dallas' best yoga studios. We were lucky enough to get Linda to lead our yoga practice and the students have given her a lot of praise.
